Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of FieldPro. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FieldPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including business owners, managers, and technicians.

2. Account registration and business responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your team members comply with these terms
  • Obtaining consent from your customers before collecting their data

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

3. Acceptable use

FieldPro is designed for legitimate field service businesses. You may use FieldPro to:

  • Document jobs with before and after photos
  • Obtain customer approvals for completed work
  • Send invoices and collect payments
  • Manage your team of technicians

You may not use FieldPro to:

  • Harass, defraud, or deceive customers
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service
  • Use the service for any purpose other than field service business operations

4. Photos and content

You own your content. Photos, job notes, and customer data you upload remain your property.

By uploading content, you grant FieldPro a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not use your job photos to train AI models or share them with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and billing

  • Free trial: All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
  • Auto-renewal: After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month (or year for annual plans).
  • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.
  • Failed payments: If payment fails, we will retry 3 times over 7 days before suspending your account.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of liability

FieldPro is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual property

FieldPro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FieldPro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on FieldPro without our written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Continued use of FieldPro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
